Stephen Bonett , BSN, RNUniversity of Pennsylvania School of Nursing PhD
Stephen is a doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing where he studies social and sexual networks among men who have sex with men. He works with the Program on Sexuality, Technology, and Action Research, as well as with the Health Equity Media Lab on a variety of research projects. He works as a health outreach nurse at the Free Library of Philadelphia, with a focus on serving those who are experiencing homelessness. He graduated from University of Iowa with a bachelors degree in Math and Statistics, and from University of Pennsylvania with a bachelors in Nursing. He is a Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) Nursing Fellow, and will work with sexual and gender minority youth at CHOP this year.

Dissertation: Anticipated Title of Dissertation: Sociosexual Networks as Risks and Resources for Men of Color who have Sex with Men. Brief Description: An exploration of the causes and implications for intervention of sociosexual network structures that influence racial disparities in HIV.
