Research/Clinical Practice Area: Jonas Scholar – Chronic Health
Dissertation: My anticipated dissertation title is care transitions and the factors that contribute to nursing home residents decisions to transfer to the hospital. I am also looking at possibly exploring experiences of nursing home residents who have transferred from the nursing home to the hospital. I plan to explore residents immediately after their transfer occurred and surveying residents at the hospital.
