Biography

Amanda Ann Ramsden obtained her baccalaureate degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Master’s degree in Nursing with an emphasis on education from Olivet Nazarene University. Her background in nursing is emergency medicine, missionary nursing, and education. Amanda has served as a mentor to undergraduate nursing students and newly hired Registered Nurses. She is currently attending Duquesne University and is in her first year of doctoral studies. Ms. Ramsden’s career goals are to contribute to the consortium of evidence-based research for the health of Veterans and to empower the next generation nurses with this knowledge.
