Danyel L. Germain DNP(c), MS, RN is a forward-thinking leader, an idea developer, and a nurturer of relationships. Currently, Danyel attends Yale University where she is completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Leadership, Management, and Policy. She is a passionate advocate for improving healthcare through interprofessional education and innovation and serves on the Education Committee for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare and the Bylaws Committee for the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning. Her experience in higher education leadership and administration, the science of healthcare simulation, institutional and specialty accreditation, curriculum development and redesign, and attention to detail and quality position her to influence change in the classroom, the board room, and in the communities in which we live.
