Giselle Gerardi is currently pursuing a PhD in Nursing Science at the CUNY Graduate Center. Her area of interest include Maternal-Child health, and public health. She would like to focus her research in the perceptions of Latina women living in the US when diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Giselle’s MSN was obtained from the University of Hartford, and her concentration was in Public Health Nursing. Currently, she is a Co-PI in a National Network of Library of Medicine sponsored grant project in which the aim is to aid, educate, and connect the older adult community to technology in order to access health information.
