Biography

Jesse Honsky, DNP, MPH, RN, APHN-BC is an instructor of nursing at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and serves as the co-director for Community-based Experiences in Interprofessional Education. Between 2013 and 2015 she worked as the Program Director of The MetroHealth School Health Program; piloting and expanding a program of primary care clinics that serve public schools in Cleveland. She also has previous nursing experience in public health, home health, and the operating room. Her research interests include public health nursing, school health, and interprofessional education. She serves as faculty adviser to the Student Run Free Clinic. She has been a member of Sigma Theta Tau International since 2003 and is a past president and member of the Alpha Mu Chapter Board of Directors.
