Biography

Kaitlyn Rechenberg is a PhD student at Yale University. She received her BA from Fordham University’s Honors Program in 2009, her MA in ethics from Yale University in 2011, and her MPH in chronic disease epidemiology and MSN in pediatrics from Yale University in 2015. She has performed research on the clinical application of vitamin supplementation in depressive disorders as well as the psychosocial co-morbidity of chronic illness in pediatrics. She has also served as a teaching fellow in nursing for Masters level students and in bioethics for undergraduate students. Ms. Rechenberg plans to combine her background in public health and in pediatric clinical practice to pursue a career in research and academia. Her research interests center on early identification and treatment of attachment disorders in pediatric primary care practice.
