Biography

After serving as a Medical Care Specialist Missionary in El Salvador and Belize for 18 months, Kali entered the world of Intensive Care medicine as an RN. She worked in the Medical Surgical ICU at LDS hospital for 2.5 years and was a travel ICU RN in Maine, Washington D.C., and Washington State. She currently on the ICU Float Pool for Intermountain Health Care in various hospitals in the Salt Lake Valley. She is studying at the University of Utah to obtain her Doctorate of Nurse Practice to become a Palliative Nurse Practitioner. She is also obtaining her gerontology and teaching certificate to prepare to teach the next generation of nurses and Nurse Practitioners.
