Currently I am manager of the Forensic Nurse Examiner Program at Aurora Sinai Medical Center. This program is the largest Forensic Nurse program in the state and we serve survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. I have been in this work for the past 15 years and have been a leader and mentor within Wisconsin in this field. I have taught the SANE medical forensic class for the Wisconsin DOJ and have taught it nationally as well. I have co-authored many guidelines and protocols that the rest of the state uses as their guidelines. I have been President of the Board for the Wisconsin Chapter of the International Association of Forensic Nurses twice, in 2011 and 2014. I am currently a Board Member of the Attorney General Sexual Assault Response Team.
