I am a Doctor of Nursing Program candidate with Touro University, Nevada. I hold an Associate, Bachelors, Masters and Post masters in Nursing( FNP) Certificate (c), a Bachelors in English and a Masters in Human Resources/ Labor Relations. My credentials were attained from New York Institute of New York, City University of New York and Mercy College in New York. I worked in the Health Care industry in a range of positions as: Educator, Director Human Resources/Labor Relations, Staff Nurse, Grievance and Appeal Specialist, RN, Nursing Supervisor, Nursing Manager . My nursing experiences spanned 16 years in various settings: ambulatory care, emergency room, behavioral health, long term care, geriatrics care and home care. I have been in leadership roles in academia, and in the health care industry. I graduate cum laude in my first nursing degree and with distinction in my Master in Nursing Education degree program. I am the recipient of the Jonas Nursing Leadership scholarship.
