Taylor Grube, MSN, RN, RNC-NIC

Biography

Ms. Grube earned a Bachelor’s of Science (nursing) degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education and Faculty Role from Drexel University. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Widener University where her dissertation will focus on the decision-making process among involuntarily childless couples who experience infertility. In addition to infertility, Ms. Grube’s other areas of interest include bullying in nursing academia, nursing education, and maternal-newborn health. Her clinical expertise includes neonatal intensive care nursing, in which she is specialty certified. She also has experience working in staff education. Ms. Grube is a full-time faculty member in the Nursing Department at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where she teaches foundations of nursing practice, maternal and child health, and professional role transition courses in the baccalaureate nursing program. Ms. Grube is a member and has served on the Board of Directors for Sigma Theta Tau International, Upsilon Alpha Chapter.
