End of Life: Dying in America (2015) website

This grant supported the multi-media project for the award winning film Defining Hope.  The goal of the project was to lessen the mystery and fear that surrounds the dying process, look it squarely in the face, and begin to view it as a natural experience that can be improved upon and embraced.
