Wanda Montalvo named Executive Director of Jonas Nursing & Veterans Healthcare

NEW YORK, NY, August 22, 2018– We are delighted to announce that Jonas Nursing & Veterans Healthcare at Columbia University has appointed Wanda Montalvo ‘15, PhD, RN, as the new Executive Director, effective September 10, 2018.

Most recently Dr. Montalvo served as Associate Director at the Weitzman Institute of CHCI in Connecticut where she provided operational leadership for the Institute, supervised the research team, managed several grants and increased grant revenue.

Dr. Montalvo will succeed Darlene J. Curley, MS, RN, FAAN, who has served as Executive Director since 2009 and will stay on as a Senior Fellow.
