Eileen Searle is a doctoral student and University fellow at Boston College in the William F. Connell School of Nursing. She was recently named a 2014-2016 JONAS Scholar. Eileen is a visiting scholar at HSPH and is working with EPREP staff on publications, updating toolkits and resources, and evaluation of exercises. Ms. Searle currently works as a nurse practitioner at Boston Healthcare for the Homeless and as a critical care nurse at Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nursing from Boston College. She also graduated from Boston University’s School of Public Health with a master of public health degree. Her research interests are in critical care surge capacity and providing comprehensive nursing care in austere conditions.
