Francine Colas, , BSN, RN, CCMFlorida International University PhD
Francine Colas earned a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing degree at Florida International University in 2013 and is currently enrolled there in the BSN to PhD program. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. Francine has worked for the past 5 years as a nurse care coordinator for children with special health care needs, and most recently, she has been coordinating care for children diagnosed with sickle-cell disease and/or HIV. She also has previous experience as a school nurse and home health nurse. Francine plans for her program of research to focus on improving health outcomes for children with special health care needs.
