Biography
I am currently in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at University of Michigan Flint. My clinical practice interests include primary care of adults and elders. My main research interest involves obesity. I am involved in starting a student chapter of Michigan Counsel of Nurse Practitioners at University of Michigan Flint.

Research/Clinical Practice Area: Jonas Nurse Leader – Adult Gero Primary Care
Dissertation: My research team and I have a desired focus of using weight circumference to identify patients at increased risk for cardiometabolic disease rather than BMI alone. This can be applied to the many Veterans with central obesity.
