Jessica Hatch, MS, CNL, RN

Biography

Jessica Hatch is a DNP student at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) interested in mining data to improve care delivery models for Maternal and Child Health. Jessica is currently employed as a Business Analyst at the Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative (MAeHC), a non-profit organization providing advisory and implementation services in health IT to government agencies, private organizations, and multi-stakeholder communities. At MAeHC Ms. Hatch advises on population health strategies, alternative payment models, data integration, quality reporting, and health information exchange to facilitate care coordination and improve outcomes. Prior to joining MAeHC, Ms. Hatch led the operationalization of state and federal community hospital grants focused on complex care management and delivery system transformation, including the Section 1115 Medicaid Waiver program at Lawrence General Hospital in Massachusetts. She also led Lawrence General’s successful attestation to Meaningful Use Stage 2 as their Health Information Exchange Integration Manager. The foundation of her clinical background in health promotion, care management, and dynamic care delivery models began as a registered nurse in a New Hampshire community health center, Lamprey Health Care. At Lamprey Ms. Hatch spearheaded care transitions and care management workflows, directly assisting in their NCQA Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home recognition. Ms. Hatch graduated from the UNH’s Direct Entry Master’s in Nursing Program as a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and a minor in Healthcare Administration and Policy. She recently completed a post-masters certificate in Nursing Informatics.
