Biography

Kasey Boehmer, MPH, is a health services researcher in the Knowledge and Evaluation Research (KER) Unit at Mayo Clinic, and a PhD student in the School of Nursing at the University of Minnesota. Kasey is a member of the Minimally Disruptive Medicine international working group, and is responsible for the leadership and project management of projects of core programs within the KER Unit, including Shared Decision Making, Dissemination and Implementation Research, and Minimally Disruptive Medicine. Her primary research interests include patient-centered care and communication techniques for patients with chronic conditions and the dissemination and implementation of such evidence-based strategies.
