Molly Kellgren MSN, RN, CNE, CHSE currently works for the National League for Nursing as the Project Manager for the Accelerating to Practice program. She was formerly an Assistant Professor and Manager of the Nursing Applied Learning Lab at St. Catherine University in Minneapolis, MN. As a participant in the highly competitive NLN Leadership Program for Simulation Educators, Molly led a team focused on the design and implementation of a simulation faculty development toolkit. The result of this work has been published in Nursing Education Perspectives and presented at both national and international conferences. Molly is also an approved Simulation Nurse Educator providing consultation for Simulation Education Solutions for Nursing, a collaborative program with the National League for Nursing and Laerdal Medical. Her areas of expertise include simulation and debriefing, faculty development, and curriculum integration. Molly is currently pursuing her PhD in Nursing with a focus on simulation.
