My current program is a BSN to PhD program at Northeastern University. MY BSN was also from Northeastern University. My clinical background has been in cardiac and thoracic post-operative care for the past ten years. My intended area of focus is on improving diversity in the nursing profession and better supporting interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare professionals. My current reasearch interest is to analyse ways to change nursing education to be more supportive of a diverse student population to better serve diverse patient populations.
